Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of side-activation milestones, including private roundtables, dinners, and introductions.
Coordinate with the design team to produce professionally branded invitation PDFs and related materials.
Maintain accurate records using Excel and CRM platforms such as Cvent to manage delegate pipelines and reporting.
Support overall event delivery in collaboration with programming, operations, sales and marketing teams.
