What We Believe

The Database Engineer will manage and optimize database systems for client data storage infrastructure.

The engineer will implement and maintain different data stores, ensure database performance and reliability, and work with data engineers to integrate databases into data pipelines.

The engineer will design and implement database schemas and structures, establish database backup and recovery procedures, and optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and configuration tuning.

The engineer will implement database security controls and access management, monitor database health and resource utilization, and troubleshoot complex database issues.

The engineer will manage database version upgrades and patches, implement database high availability and disaster recovery solutions, and automate routine database administration tasks.

The engineer will evaluate new database technologies for potential adoption, maintain database documentation, and provide database expertise to development teams.
