Requirements
The Art Director will be responsible for concepting and creating outstanding, innovative brand designs for experiential, social and digital executions primarily, as well as general brand design.
You have 5-6+ years of professional experience working in art direction/design at an advertising agency or in house creative team
You have strong working knowledge of leading AI software/platforms, i.e.
Midjourney, Ideogram, etc.
You have a superior design eye and a solid understanding of fundamental disciplines of design as well as design trends, specifically across brand design, type, layout, image composition, and infographic design
You have expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Keynote., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.

Responsibilities
Concept and create outstanding art direction and designs for experiential, social and digital campaigns primarily
Utilize leading AI software to develop imagery showcasing experiential and social concepts
Design presentations that are visually captivating and communicate concepts clearly and concisely
Sell through campaign and activation concepts through moving mood boards and imagery selection
Enhance our clients’ brand experience through innovative, cutting edge, multidisciplinary art direction and design executions that exceed expectations
Leverage talent for visual design and art direction to contribute to holistic experiences that solve for business goals
