Continuous Improvement Administrator

1–2 years of administrative, operations, or support experience preferred

Basic understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts (Lean, 5S, etc.) is a plus

Experience with data tracking or reporting preferred

Data Tracking & Reporting: Collect, organize, and maintain data to support improvement initiatives and track progress.

Best Practice Sharing: Help gather and distribute best practices across teams and departments.

General Support: Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Continuous Improvement team as needed.
