Requirements
Partner with Cybersecurity teams to maintain secure SIP connectivity, authentication, encryption, and vendor access controls.

Responsibilities
Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) is seeking a Telecom Engineering Manager to lead the administration, modernization, support, and operational management of enterprise telecommunications services across the organization.
Reporting to the Director of Network Architecture and Engineering, this role is responsible for enterprise voice, unified communications, contact center technologies, carrier services, and telecom transformation initiatives.
This individual will provide technical leadership and operational oversight while managing vendor relationships, telecom projects, cloud communications platforms, and service providers.
Telecom Strategy, Projects & Transformation
Lead enterprise telecom initiatives including cloud voice migrations, carrier transitions, contact center deployments, and site telecommunications projects.
Coordinate efforts between vendors, carriers, managed service providers, business leaders, and IT teams.
