What will you bring to this role?

Minimum 6 years culinary experience in progressive roles.

Journeyperson/Red Seal certification and Food Handler certification required.

Advanced culinary techniques and plating standards with a deep understanding of menu execution and product quality

Food cost awareness and waste management along with station leadership and service coordination

Leadership experience with supervising and mentoring junior cooks and supporting culinary leadership in operational decision-making

Culinary Preparation & Food Quality

Oversee preparation and presentation of menu items at an assigned station.

Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and standards.

Support menu development and culinary innovation when required.
