Minimum ten years of experience working in organization development, talent management, or related disciplines.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is one of the 12 regional Reserve Banks that, together with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., make up the Federal Reserve System.

It helps formulate and implement monetary policy, supervises banks and bank and savings and loan holding companies, and provides financial services to depository institutions and the federal government.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia serves eastern and central Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware.

The Program Manager provides oversight and expertise for strategic projects primarily associated with the Talent and Organizational Development (T&OD) business line and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

You will serve in a leadership capacity by gathering relevant information, developing project plans, managing project milestones, addressing challenges, and demonstrating the flexibility and breadth of understanding of what is necessary to support an overall project and/or program.

You may direct work of ad hoc teams created for specific T&OD business goals and are ultimately responsible for ensuring the applicable allocations of resources through the life of the project/program.
