Requirements
Scale-Up Experience:
Worked at a high-growth SaaS or scale-up company, helping to mature product processes while maintaining speed and agility.
Approval Workflow / RBAC Systems:
Experience with approval workflow engines, role-based access control, or permissions systems in a multi-tenant SaaS product.
Identity & Auth Products:
Experience with authentication systems (Auth0, Okta, etc.), MFA, or session management.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive one of Wrapbook's core product areas — a role that blends strategic vision, deep technical partnership, and customer-first innovation.
You'll define and execute product strategy, working closely with engineering and design to deliver delightful, compliant, and scalable solutions.
At Wrapbook, you'll shape products that power the entertainment industry — helping productions of all sizes run smoothly while ensuring every worker gets paid accurately and on time.
This role leads product for our tech enablement team (PANDA) which owns cross-cutting features used by every product team at Wrapbook.
This team’s domain includes an approval workflow engine, role-based access control and permissions, authentication, notifications, and more.
