5-8 years of experience in automotive design and release of functional components and systems integration, including mechanical, electrical, and logical interface development and execution along all three phases of product development cycle (i.e.

design, validation, launch, and post-launch).

Familiarity with engineering disciplines: Six Sigma, 8 Disciplines for problem solving, DFMEA, DVP&R, Certification Testing, GD&T, DFM, Variation Analysis, APQP/PPAP Process, Design for Service, and Design for Manufacturing.

Skilled in utilizing CATIA for designing and developing detailed parts.

Previous assembly plant launch experience.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $110,000.00 - $135,000.00

Participate in and/or lead development of RFQ packages, tech reviews, and supplier selection.
