Maintenance Operations Manager

At least 3+ years of experience in maintenance/ auto repair, from diagnosis through repair and quality assurance

At least 1-2 years managing operations in for fleets, warehousing, distribution, delivery, or similar fields.

Competitive Compensation Package that consists of a base salary range of

$80,000 - $87,000

+ Quarterly Performance Bonus + Equity (Stock Options) + Full Range of Benefits.

Veo is a total compensation company, and pay is determined by geographic cost of labor and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training - so not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.

Our total compensation package for this role, including bonus potential, ranges from

$80,000 - $97,000

As Veo’s Maintenance Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to help lead our innovative dockless micro-mobility program.

You'll play a vital role in the program’s success by ensuring efficient daily  warehouse and maintenance operations.

Above all, it will be your responsibility to ensure that our fleet is repaired and ready for deployment, at the highest quality possible.

Your success will be measured by your ability to drive daily ridership, lead a high performing team, and provide users with exceptional vehicle quality.
