At GumGum, competitive base pay is a part of a total rewards package which also includes benefits, an emphasis on recognition, development, and wellness. The reasonable estimated base pay range for this role is from
$280,000 - $310,000
annually.
The actual amount may be higher or lower. Individual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, work location, and labor market conditions.

Responsibilities
Provide practical, business-focused counsel on commercial initiatives, operational decisions, and risk management.
Attend Board meetings and coordinate governance matters in partnership with outside counsel.
Oversee the Company’s global commercial contracting function.
Support legal execution of key commercial agreements, including customer contracts, ad insertion orders, supply partner agreements, joint business plans, global endeavors, vendor agreements, licensing arrangements, technology partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
Ensure contract structures appropriately balance commercial objectives with risk management.
Oversee global employment compliance across jurisdictions in which GumGum operates.
About the Company
Support legal execution of key commercial agreements, including customer contracts, ad insertion orders, supply partner agreements, joint business plans, global endeavors, vendor agreements, licensing arrangements, technology partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
Ensure contract structures appropriately balance commercial objectives with risk management.
Serve as the primary legal partner to the People team on global employment matters.
Advise on performance management, terminations, investigations, compensation programs, equity plans, employee relations issues, and workplace policies.
Oversee global employment compliance across jurisdictions in which GumGum operates.
Manage outside employment counsel strategically to control cost and ensure consistency.
