Reporting directly to the EVP & Chief Health Equity & Community Impact Officer, this role functions as the day-to-day engine of this health and wellness initiative — translating enterprise strategy into coordinated execution across Jefferson's three entities and managing the relationship architecture between entity presidents and their respective product leads.

The Director must navigate the tri-entity governance structure with fluency, align product delivery across Jefferson Health, Thomas Jefferson University, and Jefferson Health Plans, and serve as a trusted extension of the EVP's office in all wellness matters.
