Requirements

10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Experience managing IT operations in a manufacturing or R&D‑heavy environment.

Background working with hybrid cloud/on‑premise environments or IT supporting laboratory equipment.

Experience administering Microsoft InTune

Experience administering Solidworks PDM/Manage Vaults and FlexNET

Strong technical competency across networking, cloud (Microsoft + Azure preferred), cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and endpoint management.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected annual salary range for this role is

$120,000- $135,000

. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and overall fit for the position.

Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute e‑Zinc’s IT strategy aligned with business growth, manufacturing scale‑up, and technology roadmaps.

Establish IT governance, policies, standards, and best practices across the company.

Lead internally and manage external MSP and IT partners

Infrastructure & Systems Management

Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of core IT infrastructure (network, servers, cloud services, endpoints, security tools).
