The Franchisee Care team is

responsible for executing complex hotel lifecycle activity — onboarding, rebranding, status changes, and distribution connectivity — with a high degree of independence and accuracy.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Opening Services, and Franchise Services.

Working knowledge of CRS, PMS, and OTA/GDS distribution platforms.

Experience with ticketing or workflow tools such as ServiceNow.

Data Accuracy & Hotel Representation

Ensure hotel information is accurate and current across CRS, GDS, and OTA systems, supporting distribution readiness and rate integrity.

Execute lifecycle changes — onboarding, pre-sell setup, repositioning, secondary name updates, suspensions, terminations, and reinstatements — accurately and within SLA.

Monitor data quality and follow up on discrepancies to prevent rework and downstream errors.

Prepare operational reports on onboarding, suspension, reinstatement, and termination activity to track trends and support planning.
