Requirements
8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant time spent in high growth SaaS or recurring revenue businesses.
Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams while building scalable processes and strong operational discipline.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of GAAP and strong expertise in SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606.
Demonstrated experience leading financial statement audits and maintaining strong audit readiness practices.
Strong ERP experience, preferably NetSuite, with the ability to optimize systems and leverage automation to improve accounting workflows.
Responsibilities
Accounting Leadership:
Lead and develop the accounting team, including Senior and Staff Accountants.
Financial Reporting & Close:
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial statements within NetSuite.
