SaaS Leadership:

Ideally a Professional Services leader with previous PMO or Project Management experience; specific experience in a

SaaS environment is a must

Service Delivery Management:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of professional services, ensuring PMs have clear timelines and that we get the most out of our billable production time.

Resource Strategy:

Manage the capacity planning and allocation of internal and external resources (contractors), ensuring we are agile and cost-effective.

Operational Excellence:

Bring structure by implementing systems that allow us to forecast and manage our delivery backlog systematically.
