Trade Compliance Specialist

3+ years of customs or trade compliance experience

Experience with USMCA and Free Trade Agreements

Demonstrated ability to manage import/export documentation and maintain compliance records

Customs broker license

Experience with ACE Portal reporting and entry summary audits

Familiarity with Mexico customs documentation (Pedimentos) and IMMEX/maquiladora processes

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

The Trade Compliance Analyst is responsible for day-to-day management of import and export shipments.

Scope of work includes maintaining product classification to ensure full trade compliance and timely customs clearance, management of transportation-related import and export documentation, and staying up to date with trade regulations, tariffs, and sanctions.

This role supports import and export compliance for shipments into and out of both the United States and Mexico, and works closely with internal teams, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant cross-border transactions.
