Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering , program management or similar. An equivalent amount of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
4+ years professional experience with expertise in manufacturing engineering, production planning and/or project management.
Knowledge of vehicle engineering processes, project planning software and problem-solving skills.
Very good communication and networking skills.
Skillful at organizational navigation and cross-functional collaboration at all levels; ability to develop effective partnerships and relationships.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $100,000.00 - $125,000.00

Aligning the tasks and available resources within manufacturing engineering.
Tracking and improving the financial status and budget to meet the project targets.
Guiding a team of technical experts in a program manager role.
Summarizing reports of the technical departments to an overall statement and report in the committees of Scout.
Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, production control, and engineering to develop an overall technical statement on technology (product and process requirements, manufacturability) of the Production business unit.
