Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $81,600 - 102,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.

Responsibilities
As a Product Operations Associate, you will serve as the operational partner within a technical product domain, developing deep subject matter expertise and owning the operational readiness of initiatives from early access through GA. You will embed structured launch enablement into the product development lifecycle, ensuring delivery discipline, cross-functional coordination, and measurable impact are built into every release. This includes leading early access and beta programs, driving feedback loops, and translating technical product changes into clear operational plans for internal stakeholders and external customers. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, Support, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment, risk visibility, and customer readiness. Your work will directly influence how effectively Brex brings new capabilities to market and scales them with clarity and confidence.
