QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required - college degree preferred, or experience in manufacturing.

Must be able to work flexible schedules.

Problem solving skills and continuous improvement focus.

Proven written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to use data for storytelling.

Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.

The Wonderful Leadership Program is a full-time, two-year rotational program that offers the opportunity to expand your potential and become a leader at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds.

Throughout each rotation, the Wonderful Leader will launch and implement new projects that drive business productivity and improve department processes.

They will also be exposed to a broad range of tasks per department needs, offering a cross-functional, company-wide experience that further develops leadership and problem-solving skills.

Department rotations within the Wonderful Leadership Program include, but are not limited to: Preprocessing, Roasting, Packaging, Shipping, Harvest, Human Resources, and Supply Chain.

Operations Management:

Maintain and update production records and KPIs.
