Case mix is majority spine

Daily Staffing: 1 Anesthesiologist and 4 CRNAs with 4 sites of service daily

M-Fr, 7-3 schedule with the call taker being the late out person (usually heading out at 5pm)

CRNAs take beeper call from home after 5pm

Call rotation 1:5
