Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.

8+ years relevant experience in embedded hardware design or computer engineering

Experience designing high density PCB layouts with an understanding of cutting-edge PCB manufacturing technology.

Deep understanding of thermal, mechanical, power and performance tradeoffs

Experience with creating test plans, benchmarking and performing validation tests to determine performance of complex hardware systems.

Understanding of high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, USB, MIPI, etc.), power integrity, and signal integrity.

. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end avionics systems and subsystems development. You will also be working on design, integration, testing, and validation processes. This will require knowledge and experience in PCB design, harnessing, process management, and cross-functional teamwork.

Team

The

Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) Electrical Engineering Team

is responsible for developing high-reliability avionics, embedded processing, and power systems for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms. Working across hardware, software, and mission autonomy, the team delivers flight-critical electronics, PCB assemblies, and FPGA-based processing architectures that enable Anduril's next-generation autonomous air platforms to operate in complex and contested environments. AD&S Electrical Engineers drive end-to-end development, from system architecture and circuit design to verification, integration, and flight test, ensuring scalable, mission-ready solutions that meet the performance, reliability, and survivability demands of the U.S. Military and modern air warfare.
