Senior Tax Lead

12 + years of progressive tax planning experience in a high growth environment or similar or greater scale

Big 4 public accounting firm experience and CPA strongly preferred

Financial services and/or technology industry experience preferred

Strong understanding of the OECD’s Pillar Two framework a plus

ASC 740 and tax accounting principles a must

Proven ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate results and options for decision-making clearly and succinctly

Driving Tax risk management and uplifting tax governance

Identify, research and resolve federal, state and local tax issues to minimize liability of the company within the law

Oversee tax compliance and related reports ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local statutes and regulations

Implementing the global tax strategy in line with the group’s priorities

Partnering with the business in the delivery of new products, transactions and strategic changes
