Responsibilities

Agoda is looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to steer our global marketing investments. In this role, you aren’t just spending a budget; you are managing a global P&L. You will bridge the gap between high-level financial targets and granular marketing execution, ensuring every dollar spent maximizes long-term profitability. You will define our global market strategy, own our Lifetime Value (LTV) frameworks, and lead a high-performing team to outpace the competition in a high-velocity travel market.
