Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with 5–7 years of HR generalist or employee relations experience
Strong understanding of U.S. employment law; ability to apply principles in a business-unit context
Demonstrated ability to coach managers, navigate sensitive employee issues, and balance business needs with fairness
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence without authority
Experience supporting product and technology organizations and high-growth technology environments strongly preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and operate with a high degree of integrity
Responsibilities
Employee & Manager Support
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned P&T and GSO business units
Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
Respond to and resolve escalated employee questions and concerns with empathy and urgency
Performance & Development
Partner with HRBPs to coach managers on setting expectations, delivering feedback, and addressing performance challenges
