Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in a client facing Post Production environment. They will have exceptional customer service skills. They will bring the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities under tight deadlines. They must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work effectively both unsupervised and collaboratively with internal departments. They will bring a comprehensive knowledge of the Post Production process for both feature and episodic picture and sound. From file-based dailies and off-line editorial, through to final mastering and delivery. The ideal candidate will also bring the following:
An understanding of the Post Production scheduling process and the concept of deadlines therein.
Knowledge of Xytech MediaPulse or other Post Production scheduling software.
Experience with the Quality Control process and QC reports.
Experience with studio and broadcaster delivery specs.
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to handle all that is involved in a demanding post-production environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
Company 3 Toronto provides Post Production services to some of the world’s top content creators and is known for its creative artistry, pioneering technology and global reach.
We are seeking a Producer to join our team and maintain their own portfolio of longform projects. The Producer we are looking for should have great inter-personal skills, be proactive, always organized and work calmly and professionally especially during high pressure situations.
The Producer will provide exceptional customer service to all clients and manage their expectations. They will maintain a portfolio of feature film, episodic and other projects as assigned. They will oversee the day-to-day management of each assigned project as a liaison between clients and operations. From pre-production through to final archival and delivery. They will review bids at the beginning of each project with sales to fully understand client expectations with regards to the quote and billing procedures. They will organize pre-production meetings for all projects. They will work with scheduling to schedule artists and resources. Other duties include:
Ensure operations is informed of services required by the client and any changes requested.
Manage internal and external resources required to meet customer needs.
