Requirements
Demonstrated extensive experience preparing estimates, leading bid submissions for projects preferrably
using varied delivery methods (cm, design build, fixed price and IPD)
Experience leading estimating teams or overseeing estimating functions.
Experience in procurement, tendering, contract evaluation, and strategic planning.
Proficiency with estimating software
