Requirements
Eight or more years of experience managing complex industrial, manufacturing, automation, material-handling, construction, or capital-equipment projects.
Demonstrated experience personally managing projects from planning through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and closeout.
Experience coordinating cross-functional Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, construction, installation, and commissioning teams.
Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and third-party execution partners.
Experience delivering integrated automated equipment, recycling systems, conveyor systems, industrial controls, or material-processing equipment.
Experience developing project-management standards, dashboards, reporting tools, or PMO processes.

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of engineering, procurement, assembly, shipping, site-readiness, installation, and commissioning activities across five or more concurrent project deployments.
Establish and maintain project budgets, forecasts, committed costs, contingency, and estimates at completion throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and customer requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to prioritize technical issues, field changes, and requested features through the Engineering Change Request process.
Facilitate after-action reviews and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future project execution.
Identify and implement opportunities to reduce cost, improve quality, increase delivery predictability, and strengthen the customer experience.
