Requirements
3-5 years of experience in marketing technology, product ownership, or digital marketing roles.
Experience with relevant platforms (e.g., SFMC,Responsys,Data360, Optimizely).
Working knowledge of SQL
Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Experience troubleshooting integrations and resolving data inconsistencies
Compensation & Benefits
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail

Responsibilities
As the Marketing Technology Associate, you will support the management and optimization of marketing technology and data systems that enable a unified view of the customer across channels.
Working closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams, you will help maintain tools such as Customer Data Platforms, web analytics platforms, tag management systems, experimentation tools, and messaging platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, reliable data flows, and seamless integrations.
Leveraging Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), you will help transform complex and fragmented data into actionable insights that support marketing performance, business growth, and improved customer experiences.
You will also contribute to AI-driven marketing initiatives, helping the team stay at the forefront of AI adoption in marketing analytics, personalization, and experimentation, while maintaining high data quality and enabling more data-driven customer experiences.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage customer data workflows within the Real-Time CDP.
Support Optimizely Web experiments including page setup, event creation, metric configuration, and Adobe Analytics integration
