8+ years in web systems development.

Strong technical judgment: making sound architectural decisions, managing technical debt, and upholding high engineering standards.

Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven features in production.

Responsibilities

We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on increasing the number of fleets on the Coast platform.

You'll partner directly with Product and Design to ship high-impact capabilities that move critical business metrics.

You'll set technical direction, coach engineers by engaging with their real work, lead by example, and raise the bar on how the team operates.

You will have the opportunity to help shape a fast-growing engineering organization.

Partner with Product and Design to drive measurable business outcomes by defining and shipping the best-in-class fuel and fleet spend user experience, and public APIs
