Requirements
Ability to plan, assign, and direct work
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and in an effective manner

Able to read an interpret documents such as shipping documents, bills of lading, reports, safety rules/procedures, operating and maintenance instructions.
Basic mathematic skills- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fraction, and decimals
Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities
As our 2nd shift Warehouse Lead Person, you'll drive success in your assigned area. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
Ability to be trained and work in all areas of the warehouse including receiving, warehouse, shipping, and promotional assembly
Provides direction to employees including assigning work; following up for completion and accuracy; and adherence to company policies, practices and processes.
Assists employees with work related questions and problems. Provides guidance and problem solving when issues arise.
Facilitates training to ensure team members understand and utilize established processes and practices.
Provides update to supervisor or manager on department progress
