Valid driver’s license

Ability to drive min 8hrs/day

Strong geographic understanding of San  Francisco

Strong attention to detail

Commitment to working safely

Good reliability, responsibility, and punctuality characteristics

Daily/weekly janitorial tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing APTs

Light mechanical/electrical work

Internal and external washing of APTs

Removing graffiti, stickers and debris

Display and adjust advertisement posters

Replenishing of consumables
