Microsoft Licensing & Cloud Billing Administrator

Minimum of three years of experience with Microsoft licensing and/or cloud administration

The Microsoft Licensing & Cloud Billing Administrator is responsible for managing the lifecycle for Microsoft 365 licenses for Secur-Serv’s customers (~1,800 subscriptions).

This role partners with the Solution Engineering and Implementation teams to stay current on licensing changes, ensure appropriate provisioning, and support client billing.

Responsibilities include managing licensor and reseller relationships, performing audits and reconciliations, and maintaining knowledge of compliance requirements.

Manage customer base Microsoft 365 subscriptions (approximately 1,800) – Ordering, terminating, and co-terming license subscriptions while coordinating with sales, clients, engineers & technicians

Create and adjust all client agreements & invoices, including mid-term additions, etc.

Align subscription onboard & offboard dates & billing terms.
