3-4 years of experience in operations, program/project management, continuous improvement, or related roles — preferably in power generation, renewable energy, or industrial operations.
Demonstrated experience developing or maturing operational programs in cross-functional environments.
Working knowledge of power plant or energy facility operations, including the ability to read and interpret SCADA alarm logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures.
Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools that communicate program status to operational and leadership audiences.
Responsibilities
This role has two primary areas of focus: (1) owning and maturing Clearway’s GO 167-C compliance program — the CPUC regulation governing maintenance, operation, and safety standards for electric generating facilities and energy storage systems — and (2) serving as the organizational representative for lessons learned across the fleet.
GO 167-C Compliance Program Ownership: Own and mature Clearway’s GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet.
Develop consistent processes and documentation standards — including Maintenance and Operation Plan Summaries, certifications, Logbook Verified Statements, and safety incident reports — in coordination with site teams, regional managers, and the compliance/legal function.
Regulatory Reporting & RFI Response: Serve as the internal lead for all GO 167-C and CAISO regulatory reporting and data requests.
Coordinate across site operations, engineering, SCADA, HSE, and legal to gather required documentation and analysis.
Manage response timelines and ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and on time.
