QUALIFICATIONS:

Enrollment in or recent completion of a diesel, heavy equipment, automotive, or related technical program preferred.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Valid driver’s license required.

SUMMARY:

The Shop Intern supports the maintenance team by assisting with the service, repair, and operation of company vehicles and farm equipment while gaining hands-on mechanical experience in an agricultural environment.

This internship has a headcount of two. One will be based in McFarland, CA and the other will be based in Visalia, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with servicing various types of vehicles, including pickups, cars, and other company vehicles.
