Requirements
Significant hands-on experience in People Operations/HR Operations with ownership of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
Demonstrated understanding of how lifecycle accuracy impacts payroll, compliance, and employee trust.
Experience working with HR systems and tools to support lifecycle, payroll, and benefits processes.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (HRBPs, Payroll providers, Finance, IT, local leadership) in a distributed environment.
Responsibilities
The Senior People Operations Specialist (APAC) is the primary operational owner for Wrike’s India workforce and a key execution partner for People Operations across APAC, including Japan and Australia.
This role strengthens the operational backbone of Wrike by ensuring that employee lifecycle processes, payroll operations, benefits administration, and compliance practices are accurate, scalable, and employee-centric across multiple jurisdictions, with particular depth in India’s regulatory and payroll environment.
Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across India, Japan, and Australia (onboarding, internal mobility, compensation changes, leave transitions, and offboarding).
Ensure all lifecycle changes are accurately reflected in HR systems and aligned with payroll and compliance requirements.
Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, IT, and local leadership to coordinate seamless transitions and deliver clear, timely employee communication.
Identify friction points in lifecycle processes and implement scalable improvements.
