Responsibilities
Reacting to changing occupancy levels and adjusting schedules accordingly
Assist the Rooms Operations Manager in managing the performance of all members of the Front Office Team through coaching, training, remediation and evaluations.
Our ideal candidate will have:
1-2+ Years’ Experience in Front Office Operations required
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
A flexible schedule is essential. Evenings, Weekend, Holiday and overnight work may be required.
