Responsibilities
As the
Ecosystem Success Lead
, you are the architect of Deel’s reciprocal value engine. Your goal is to ensure that when Deel signs a strategic product partner, they become an immediate and high-volume recipient of qualified business.
This isn't just about managing relationships; it’s about
systematizing success
. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, RevOps, and Product to build automated, AI-enhanced lead routing flows. You’ll be the person who ensures our AEs have zero friction when referring to partners, and that our partners have every reason to send high-value business back to Deel.
