Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer, Workforce Systems Integration is a hands-on engineering role responsible for building, integrating, and extending workforce-related SaaS applications.

This role brings deep coding expertise and works across multiple technology stacks to enable reliable integrations and deliver light application and custom development where packaged SaaS capabilities need to be extended.

This role partners closely with HRIS Product Management, IT platform teams, and Security to ensure workforce systems (HR, recruiting, contingent labor, and workforce management) are connected, scalable, and fit for enterprise use. In addition to integration engineering, this role may build lightweight internal applications and UI experiences that support workforce operations (e.g., operational tooling, exception management, and admin utilities), using modern full-stack engineering practices with a focus on security, scalability, reliability, and observability.This is a builder and integrator role focused on writing production-grade code, integrating SaaS platforms, developing lightweight custom services, and ensuring integrations are secure, resilient, and observable.

This role does not own product strategy, analytics, or enterprise data platforms.
