Responsibilities
Product Development Coordination
Support the Senior Manager of Product Development in coordinating new product development projects from concept through launch and assisting with ad hoc projects as business needs evolve.
Assist in maintaining product development calendars, milestone trackers, and project timelines to support on-time execution.
Assist in preparing product briefs, specifications, development documents, artwork routing, and project materials.
Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and external partners to ensure project deliverables remain on schedule under the direction of the Senior Manager.
Support product testing, reformulations, pilot batches, and tech transfer activities as directed.
