Production Manager (1st Shift - 5:00AM - 3:30PM)

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree or 10+ years of experience working in manufacturing environments

3+ years of production supervision experience or a related role leading in a team environment

5+ years of combined factory experience in Manufacturing (operations), Quality, Engineering, or Production Planning

Experience leading cross-functional teams

Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team in Norman, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization

Lead and manage production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Collaborate with supply chain and quality control departments to ensure smooth operations and product quality

Oversee equipment maintenance and upgrades to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
