Responsibilities
The Program Manager is a trusted operator who delivers high-impact programs that enable scale and drive growth.
Within LinkedIn's Finance Programs Office, this role plays a central part in translating strategy into action, creating clarity, aligning stakeholders, and accelerating execution across Finance and the broader company to advance key priorities.
As an individual contributor, you will own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs.
Serving as an objective "hub of the wheel," you will mobilize early-stage programs, remove blockers, and land complex change with clear measurement and outcomes.
Build comprehensive program plans, including the underlying project plans that support the overarching program, identifying dependencies and the resources required
Proactively identify program and project risks and drive resolution with appropriate impact to the plan
