Requirements
A minimum of 7 years experience recruiting technical profiles, combined with a strong understanding of the language and challenges specific to AI research.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Excellent written and oral communication, in both French and English.

Responsibilities
Manage several 360-degree recruitment mandates simultaneously, from defining the need to signing the offer.
Design and execute targeted and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage niche talent (Research Developers, Machine Learning Researchers, AI Safety Experts, etc.).
Approach, activate, and support passive candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Develop comprehensive research plans: profile targeting, market mapping (local and international), competitive analysis, and creation of specialized talent pools.
Contribute to market monitoring and talent positioning in the AI and technological markets.
Collaborate with hiring managers, researchers, and technical leadership to clarify needs, prioritize roles, and define target profiles.
