Requirements
4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong track record filling technical or engineering roles while meeting or surpassing hiring goals.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, typically 10–15+ open roles concurrently.
Experience using data and insights to inform hiring decisions and guide stakeholders.
A demonstrated commitment to excellent service for candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
Highly organized with a bias for action; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership, transparent communication, and effective candidate advocacy.
Source and engage top talent across a wide range of technical disciplines including spacecraft hardware, software, product, cyber security, IT, production, operations, and more.
Deliver an exemplary candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and close.
Build and nurture pipelines of exceptional passive talent to support current and future growth.
Maintain high-quality ATS data and continuously drive process excellence, meeting or exceeding SLAs without compromising quality.
Provide consistent, accurate hiring progress updates, including executive-level reporting.
