The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows.

Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units according to production schedules and specifications.

Flex on different workstations as needed.

Support window production operations, including delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials and finished products.

Perform workstation functions using hand tools and power tools such as saws, welders, routers, and other production equipment.

Read and interpret work orders, labels, schedules, and simple written instructions to ensure accurate production.
