Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager manages all aspects of human resources functions, including onboarding, orientation, compensation, health and wellness benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations, leave of absence management and legal compliance.
As a leader of our culture, the Human Resources Manager will ensure a seamless employee experience, providing excellent service to all employees.
Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
Keeps records and completes data entry of benefits plans participation such as insurance and retirement plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for internal government reporting
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
