The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.

The Finance Operations Associate will be responsible for managing and executing across a wide variety of critical business processes, including but not limited to order to cash, procure to pay, and hire to retire

You will work across the entire company with broad scope and primary responsibility for exceptional execution of process flows

Continuously and independently work to streamline and improve our core business processes

Take on ad hoc projects as needed, such as standing up new systems, supporting new location openings, and delivering business analyses
