Responsibilities

In this role, the Copier Technicians perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and dealer-owned copier equipment.

Our technicians provide top notch customer care to all of customers and clients.

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

Produce timely and detailed service reports.
