Responsibilities
The
Branch General Manager (BGM)
is responsible for the overall success, growth, and management of CR Laurence service locations. The BGM will lead all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, employee engagement, and profitability, while ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong focus on driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the branch as a direct and trusted contact for the location. The BGM will leverage the CRL brand to build a high-performing team and foster a culture of safety, innovation, and customer satisfaction in a rapidly evolving and competitive business environment.
Profitability & Leadership:
Full responsibility for P&L activities, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
