We need someone who can build the finance, HR, and ops backbone to support the business at ten times the scale, without slowing down the teams shipping product and serving clients.

We're looking for an operator to build and run the operational backbone of a fast-scaling, AI-native legal practice, and to build and lead the team that keeps it running.

Finance and accounting operations, HR, tooling, vendor and contract management all need a plan that supports our current scale and the scale we're headed for.

Our lawyers don't just serve clients — they collaborate with engineers to automate their own workflows, shape the product roadmap, and push the limits of what AI can do in a regulated practice. It's to rethink from first principles how legal services are delivered, who can access them, and what a legal career looks like in 2026 and beyond.
